Although we are often praised for how quickly items arrive delays can occur and it is best to allow for that when ordering for a gift or special occasion.

Delivery Guarantee:

If your Australian delivery has not arrived within 4 weeks, or your International delivery has not arrived within 8 weeks from the date marked shipped I will work with you to resolve via replacement parcel or refund. 

Most items arrive well before this guarantee period is reached. The average speed of delivery for items, outside of COVID 19, is 7-10 days in Australia, and 9-21 business days for International. 

Shipping Rates:

We offer a very generous low cost flat shipping rate to prevent unnecessary cost to you.

Australian standard tracked delivery is $6.95, there is an upgrade to Express Post for $11.50 available at checkout.

International shipping costs can be viewed in your currency at checkout.

If you live in the UK, EU or another region we don't ship to via this website, please contact us and we can set up a special order for you on our Etsy store.

VAT, Customs Duties, Taxes: 

We do not collect or charge VAT, Customs taxes, levies, and fees. If your government or postal services require payment of import fees, taxes, or VAT in order to receive your parcel, we are not responsible and will not meet the cost of your obligation. You can check your national or regional requirements online before ordering.

Items that meet the VAT or tax threshold in your region will not be able to be delivered to you if you are unwilling to pay what you owe by law. Unpaid taxes and levies result in items being returned to me - in this case I refund the item value but not the shipping cost, after I have received the order back.

Delivery Guarantee 

The delivery guarantee covers the worst case scenario of how long it may take to receive your order, most items arrive much more quickly, however:

If your order has not arrived within our advertised delivery timeframe for your region, I will arrange a replacement parcel or a refund. If your order has not arrived withing 4 weeks for Australian delivery, or 8 weeks for International delivery (from the date marked shipped) I will work with you to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you.

Workmanship & Satisfaction Guarantee

I want you to be more than satisfied with your Starzyia items, and offer returns, refunds, or exchange up to 30 days from your receipt of your parcel, excluding return of items with hygiene issues (like stud earrings)
